Deadlines to Apply

There are two application deadlines for USF Pre-College:

• May 15, 2013 for June programs
• June 15, 2013 for July programs

Instructions

To be admitted into USF Pre-College 2013, interested families should review each program description in detail and then select either "register now" or "apply now" to process their selection.

Programs that display the "register now" button admit students on a first come, first serve basis. Programs that display the "apply now" button (IB Extended Essay Preparation, STEM Academy: Diabetes & Medicine, and STEM Academy: Environmental Health & Toxicology) require students to apply and receive an official acceptance letter into the program prior to registration.

It's Easy To Register

Register for USF Pre-College programs online; by telephone, fax, or mail; or in person. All online registrations must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Registration Online (Preferred Method)

Online registration is the easiest and fastest way to enroll in USF's summer programs. Select from the program listing and then click 'Register Now.' Then create a profile and complete your purchase. Have questions or need help? Just call, or email us.

Register by Phone

Call 813-974-2403 (or toll-free in Florida: 1-866-541-7124), option 1. Use Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express. Registration hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:00p.m.

Register by Fax

Fax the mail/fax registration form to 813-974-5732. Registration must include credit card information or company approved purchase order.

Register by Mail

Mail the mail/fax registration form to USF Pre-College Program, 4202 E. Fowler Avenue, NEC116, Tampa, Florida, 33620-6758. Registration must include credit card information or company approved purchase order.

Register in Person

Register at the Continuing Education (NEC) Building, 3220 USF Banyan Circle, located at the northwest corner of USF Tampa campus near the intersection of Bruce B. Downs Blvd. and Fletcher Ave., Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4p.m.

Payment Plan

USF University College offers payment plans. Please call our office for more details. (Registration must be paid in full before the start of program.)

Staff & Alumni Discount

A discount of 10% off the program price is available to USF alumni, faculty and staff. Please contact our office to obtain a unique discount code to use during registration.

Program Cancellation

USF reserves the right to cancel Pre-College programs. If a program is canceled, we can transfer you to another program or refund your entire payment, including the $30 administrative fee.

Refunds

Any student cancellation before the deadline will have a non-refundable $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided after the registration deadline.All refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent to the following email address: precollege@usf.edu.
